Photo/Resume Request Four Martinis
Non-Traditional Casting for a production of Carfer Lamor’s full-length play Four Martinis to be featured at the Fresh Fruit Festival this July at The Barrow Group Theater on West 36th Street. NO PAY, but there is a possible Off-Broadway run in the fall. Casting is open to all races. The show has to be cast the first week of May to allow for cast photographs to appear in printed media. Rehearsals to begin in June.
Seeking:
GUSTAVO – 47, Colombian-American former marine. Works as a housekeeper and is an on-and-off recovered alcoholic. The role includes a scene where the actor is completely nude. Advertising for the play will probably include photographs of the actor partially nude. The role could be played by a male of any race with good English diction or an actor capable of doing a Colombian accent.
FRANK – 67, Cuban television programmer. Suave and urbane divorced father of three living the gay lifestyle. The role includes a scene where the actor is bare-chested. Advertising for the play will probably include photographs of the actor without a shirt. The role could be played by a male of any race with excellent English diction or an actor capable of doing a Cuban accent.
ERIC – 36, Mexican successful painter. Athletic and fit, he’s very sexually active and is a nudist. The role includes a scene where the actor is completely nude. Advertising for the play will probably include photographs of the actor partially nude. The role could be played by a male of any race with good English diction or an actor capable of doing a Mexican accent.
DAVID – 28, Dominican unemployed pseudo-artist type raised in New York City. The role includes a scene where the actor is bare-chested. Advertising for the play will probably include photographs of the actor without a shirt. The role could be played by a male of any race with good English diction or an actor capable of doing a Dominican accent.
ARTURO – 75, Argentinean of Italian ancestry. Owner of an art gallery. He has a problem with alcohol and the actor should be able to perform the progression from sober to drunk. The role could be played by a male of any race with good English diction or an actor capable of doing an Argentinean accent.

The show will perform during the Fringe Festival, August 12-28th, in one of their venues (yet to be disclosed). Shows will be in the evenings (and weekends during the day).
Rehearsals will begin on or several days after Tuesday, July 12th, and will take place in the evenings (and during the days on weekends).
Seeking:
Man – late 20s-early 30s; any ethnicity. A guy who never really has anything go his way and blames it on everything but himself. He’s loyal but not confident.
Dude – late 20s-early 30s; any ethnicity. An overtly positive drug dealer. He doesn’t let things get to him because he doesn’t ever really think about the outcome; a moment-to-moment type of guy.
Chester – 30s; any ethnicity. Is a lonely man who only has one thing that’s keeping him from complete despair. His dog. Which is missing.
