Triton Talent is casting 702 Punchlines & Pregnant - Comedian Sheba Mason's Account of her Dad Jackie Mason's love affair with her starry-eyed Mother. Initial off-off-Broadway run. Rehearsals day-time June 9-July 6; (3 performances weekly-Tues, Sat 8PM. Sun 3PM. Show runs July 6-Aug.1).

Cast: 7 Major Roles. All singers must move well or dance well. Seeking males 35-50 sense of comedy, strong singing voice. Female: 25-35 Glamorous; Female 35-45 glamorous; Female 45-65 plump or stick thin; all roles require a strong sense of comedy. Ethnic types welcome. Some pay for performances only.

Repertory Theatre of New Britain is holding auditions for RUMORS by Neil Simon. Farce. Performance Dates: Sept. 3-18, 2010. The play: The Deputy Mayor of New York has just shot himself. Gathering for their tenth wedding anniversary, the host lies bleeding in the other room and his wife is nowhere in sight. His lawyer, and wife must get "the story" straight before the other guests arrive. There are confusions and miscommunications and the evening spins off into classic farcical hilarity.
